Thrive Guide to 10 New Journeys in AmDTx
Thrive Guide to 10 New Journeys in AmDTx
- Mark Thoburn
Some of the most exciting work we are pursuing at MI is the development of medical-grade training programmes for specific patient populations and wellness cohorts. This includes novel mindfulness-based support for paediatric concussion and cancer patients as well as customised workplace wellness and resilience programmes.
Because these special Journeys are unlocked by prescription from physicians or via an employer, they remain hidden from public view for the most part. And that's okay. By design, these Journeys address challenges and circumstances that are not relevant to those of us fortunate enough to be living in good health in our day-to-day lives.
But let's be clear — at MI we are committed to the fundamental principle that in healthcare, as in life, prevention is better than cure. How could it be any other way?
All of this to announce the launch of 10 new Journeys in AmDTx, available to all. Spanning five languages, the Journeys incorporate evidence based mindfulness practices into unique, accessible and creative experiences exploring the themes of everyday living, gentle movement, and mindful attitudes. The Journeys are intended to support your mental and physical resilience, helping to relieve stress and improve sleep, and excel in all that you do. On top of that, we are also launching the first iteration of a social meditation experience in French. Allons-y!
If you haven’t already, download AmDTx and explore. Summaries of the new Journeys below (and many more to come). Enjoy and as always, let us know your thoughts about all that we are doing here at MI.
